Since 2007, we have been creating space to live, work and feel at home — in Neuruppin.

That is the Prima Gruppe. We believe that good places change people — a space that invites you to feel at home is more than four walls. It is a promise. For more than 20 years, we have been creating places that last in Neuruppin and throughout Brandenburg.

From financial consulting to property development, from the first hotel to the tiny house resort.
How it all began
The Prima Gruppe was founded by Ronny Rohr and Kristin Heidemann in Neuruppin. The two have worked together since 2004 — first at a municipal urban development company, then with their own vision: projects with foresight and lasting value.

From consulting to the sun
The early years were shaped by financial consulting for municipalities and private clients. In 2009, the first solar installations were added.

The entry into the construction industry. Since then, the Prima Gruppe has realised more than 100 buildings and over 150,000 m² of residential and commercial space.

Holiday apartments, a guesthouse and the PRIMA Inn Hotel & Hof — the first fully digital, reception-free hotel in all of Brandenburg. Campsites became resorts.

Tiny house settlements as a new business segment. Around 50 tiny houses already stand on the resorts, with over 1,000 more in planning — also for external clients.
